DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

At the present date, deliveries are made by CTT Expresso for mainland Portugal and the islands of Madeira and the Azores.

For shipments to other countries, contact us!

When payment is confirmed before 12 noon, shipment can take place on the same day and delivery within the next 24/48 working hours (except for stock outages) in mainland Portugal.

The customer will receive the tracking code of the order after collection by the carrier's courier.

Shipping costs are free for orders over €50 (VAT INCLUDED) and for orders below that amount €4.90 (VAT INCLUDED) for mainland Portugal. For the islands see table below.

It is very important that someone is present at the indicated address to receive the order, which is usually shipped within 24-48 working hours (except for stock outages) after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery by CTT:

If delivery is not possible, a notice will be left for the order to be collected at a CTT post.

WHEN RECEIVING THE ORDER, ALWAYS CHECK THE DELIVERY ACT:

• If there is any damage to the volume (DAMAGED/CRUMPED/PORTED, ETC);
• Signs of mishandling/tampering;
• Check all the sides of the packages and record the facts detected in the carrier's guide;

If no reservations are made about the external condition, the claim will automatically be void, as this demonstrates that the volume was without external signs of damage.

OTHER WAYS OF DELIVERY

In order for delivery to be as quick as possible, we often ship directly from our partners' warehouses (Bosch pe) to the customer's address. However, it is not possible for us to send the tracking code for the shipment and to remove the tool number (10 digits) and the serial number (9 digits) for warranty registration. On these occasions, we ask for the collaboration of the customer to provide us with this information (eg photo of the product information label to geral@jjpinto.pt ) upon receipt of the machine(s) and/or batteries. On 01 - 02 - 2022 we present the table with the percentage of delivery time for our online orders. As you can see , more than 70% of orders are delivered within 48 working hours .

Of course, unforeseen events and stock outages happen that we do not control, however we will always inform the customer of the situation.
